This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Kyrylo Yezholov, a sole proprietor operating as Korrero ("Korrero", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Korrero website, API, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated legal documents. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by a set of legal documents which, together, form a binding agreement between you and Korrero. These documents are:
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these documents.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and API keys.
Furthermore, you may not use the Service if you are a resident of, or located within, any country or territory that is subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or other applicable government embargoes or sanctions. This currently includes, but is not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and the Russian Federation.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts from these regions to ensure compliance with international law and sanctions.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select, as described on our Pricing Page at korrero.com.
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By providing payment information, you agree to Paddle's terms and policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings prior to the renewal date.
In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and may attempt to re-process the payment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features of the Service after a reasonable grace period if payment remains outstanding.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment.
After this 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid billing period, after which your account will be downgraded or suspended. No refunds will be issued for partial use of the Service or for unused time in your billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content or engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to:
Violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
The Service provides a public, read-only API key for each of your projects, intended for use in public-facing applications. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any notification data made accessible via this public API key does not contain sensitive or confidential information. You are in full control of the data you choose to expose through this mechanism.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Korrero Service, including all underlying software, code, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content and data you create and transmit through the Service.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service's interface.
We may terminate this agreement and your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KORRERO (OR KYRYLO YEZHOLOV) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KORRERO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO KORRERO IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lithuania.
